Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules that apply to all use of the Abastyan website and platform (the “Services”) operated by ReMyll LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy supplements our Terms of Use.

1. Intended Use

The Services are intended for use by authorized personnel of healthcare organizations, senior care operators, health-technology companies, and their advisors to operate governance, risk, and compliance programs. You may use the Services only for the lawful purposes described in your agreement with us and in a manner consistent with this AUP.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at legal@abastyan.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident involving your account or workspace.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

3.1 Unlawful or Harmful Activity

Using the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or to engage in fraud, harassment, defamation, or activity that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

Attempting to access any account, system, network, or data not specifically authorized to you; bypassing or attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, quotas, or security mechanisms; or using credentials that do not belong to you.

3.3 Reverse Engineering and Tampering

Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or trade secrets from the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; or modifying, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Services without our written permission.

3.4 Data Scraping and Automated Extraction

Using crawlers, scrapers, bots, or other automated means to access, harvest, or extract data from the Services beyond functionality we expressly provide (such as documented APIs); or using the Services to build, train, or improve a competing product or model.

3.5 Disruption and Malware

Introducing viruses, worms, ransomware, or other malicious code; conducting denial-of-service or volumetric attacks; sending unsolicited bulk communications through the Services; or otherwise interfering with the integrity, availability, or performance of the Services or other users’ use of them.

3.6 Misrepresentation

Impersonating any person or entity, misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization, or providing false information when registering or interacting with the Services.

3.7 Misuse of Sensitive Information

Uploading, storing, or transmitting through the Services any content that you do not have the right to share, or any sensitive information in fields, modules, or contexts not designed to receive it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services is consistent with the agreements you have with the individuals or organizations whose information you submit.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of that content. You may not use the Services to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action we consider appropriate, including:

Issuing warnings; throttling, suspending, or terminating access to the Services or specific features; removing content that violates this AUP or applicable law; cooperating with law-enforcement authorities or other competent regulators where required; and pursuing any legal remedies available to us.

Where practical, we will attempt to notify the affected account before taking enforcement action — but we may act without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect the Services, our users, or third parties.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any conduct that violates this AUP — including unauthorized access, suspected security incidents, abusive behavior, or misuse of the Services — please report it to us at legal@abastyan.com. We treat such reports seriously and will investigate as appropriate.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date below and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

8. Contact

For questions about this AUP, please contact us at legal@abastyan.com.
