Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Abastyan (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a product of ReMyll LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our governance operating platform and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly, as well as information that is generated through your use of the Platform.

1.1 Account and Registration Information

When you create an account or register to use the Platform, we may collect: full name; email address; organization name and organizational role; job title; phone number (if provided); and account credentials.

1.2 Usage and Analytics Data

When you interact with the Platform, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including log data (access times, pages visited, actions taken), device information (device type, operating system, version), IP addresses, browser type and version, feature usage patterns and interaction data, and referring and exit pages.

1.3 Communications Data

When you contact us — through support requests, inquiries, feedback forms, or other communications — we may collect the content of those communications along with associated metadata such as date, time, and method of communication.

1.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and administer the Platform, gather usage data, and improve your experience. See Section 8: Cookies and Tracking Technologies for details.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Protected Health Information (PHI). Abastyan does not collect, store, process, transmit, or have access to Protected Health Information as defined under applicable law. Our Platform is not designed to receive, manage, or interact with PHI in any form.

Individually Identifiable Health Information. Abastyan does not collect individually identifiable health information, patient records, clinical data, medical records, or any data that could be used to identify an individual’s health status, condition, or treatment.

Payment Card Data. Abastyan does not directly collect or store payment card numbers, bank account details, or other financial instrument data. Where payment processing is applicable, it is handled entirely by third-party payment processors, and Abastyan does not have access to your full payment card information.

Biometric Data. Abastyan does not collect biometric data, including fingerprints, facial recognition data, voiceprints, or retinal scans.

Our Platform is designed as a governance and operational tool and does not serve as a system of record for health data.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Platform. We use your information to operate, deliver, and support the functionality of the Platform, including account management and authentication.

To communicate with you. We may use your contact information to respond to support requests, send service-related notifications, provide Platform updates, and share relevant operational communications.

To improve and develop our services. We analyze usage data to understand how the Platform is used, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features.

To ensure platform security and prevent misuse. We use information to monitor for and protect against unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity.

To comply with applicable legal obligations. We may process information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.

For aggregated, de-identified analytics. We may use aggregated and de-identified data — which cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual — to analyze trends, measure platform performance, and inform business decisions.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest; role-based access controls; periodic security reviews and assessments; security awareness training for personnel; and incident response procedures.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage users to protect their account credentials and to notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions; opt out of non-essential communications by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us directly; and withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at legal@abastyan.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, provide and improve our services, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Upon account termination or a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and operational purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

We may engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including infrastructure and hosting, analytics, communications, customer support, and payment processing. These providers may access information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect its confidentiality and security.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked from or integrated with the Platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing them with your information.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Essential / Functional Cookies. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function properly, enabling authentication, session management, and security features. They cannot be disabled without impairing operation of the Platform.

Analytics Cookies. These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Platform by collecting information about pages visited and features used. This information is used in aggregate to improve the Platform.

Preference Cookies. These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you have made and provide enhanced, personalized features.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that some features of the Platform may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

9. International Data Transfers

Abastyan is based in the United States. Information we collect may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where such transfers occur, we take steps designed to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Platform and our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take prompt steps to delete it. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at legal@abastyan.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or via the email address associated with your account prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.

12. Spam and Abuse Prevention

To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, this website uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode. Turnstile runs silently in the background and may collect technical data about your device, browser, and interaction patterns to verify you are a human visitor. No personal information is collected by Turnstile for this purpose.

By submitting any form on this site, you acknowledge that this verification process takes place.
