This notice is provided to California residents at or before the point of collection, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. It summarizes what we collect on abastyan.com and how to exercise your rights. The full Privacy Policy, Section 8A, contains the complete disclosures.
Categories of personal information collected
Identifiers: name, work email address, IP address. Professional or employment-related information: organization, role, facility count, current compliance systems. Internet or other electronic network activity: pages viewed, interaction events, and chat transcripts. Inferences: lead-routing categories derived from the above. Retention: prospect information is retained for up to twelve (12) months after last activity; anonymous chat transcripts for thirty (30) days; cookie categories for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.
Purposes
Providing and securing the site and Service; responding to demo, pilot, checklist and contact requests and routing them to the right team; sending business communications you have requested; measuring site performance; detecting and preventing fraud and security incidents; complying with law.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share, a "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out has no effect on our practices; we nonetheless honor Global Privacy Control signals by switching optional cookies off. We do not collect sensitive personal information from website visitors.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right to non-discrimination. Submit requests through the Contact us form on abastyan.com, through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer, or by mail to ReMyll, LLC, Attn: Privacy, 625 Kenmoor Ave SE, Suite 350, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. We verify identity by matching the details you provide against our records. Authorized agents must provide signed permission. We respond within forty-five (45) days, extendable once by forty-five days with notice.
