Add-on · any plan
AI assist
Drafts corrective actions, plans of correction, root-cause analyses, policies, committee and board narratives, and regulatory change summaries, then checks each draft against its required elements. Identifiers are removed before sending; a person accepts every draft. Quoted with your plan.
Priced separately
ARIA Hotline and AITPRM Health are separate ReMyll products with their own pricing. Either connects to Abastyan when you run both.
What counts as a facility?
One operating location with its own license, certification or program identity. A nursing facility, an assisted living community, a home health or hospice branch, a clinic, a behavioral health site. Corporate offices are not counted.
What happens when we acquire a building mid-year?
You add it in the platform, and the addition is priced and confirmed in writing before it is billed.
Do you charge for each user?
No. Access is for administrators and the people responsible for compliance, and you can give it to as many of them as you need. Charging per seat would mean charging you to include a facility administrator, which is the wrong incentive in a compliance program.
How long do you keep our records?
For the length of your subscription, on every plan. You can export your records at any time, and for 60 days after your agreement ends. Your own retention obligations stay with you, so export anything you are required to keep longer.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew for a term of equal length unless either party gives sixty days’ written notice. We send a renewal reminder by email 30 to 60 days before the renewal date, and the renewal terms are stated on your Order Form.

Pricing depends on the size and structure of your organization. We provide a written quote before you sign.
What does setup cost and how long does it take?
Setup is quoted with your plan, and the fee and timeline are confirmed in writing before you sign.
