By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
These Website Terms apply only to use of the Website. Access to the Abastyan Governance Operating System is governed separately by the Enterprise SaaS Agreement, Order Form, and any Business Associate Agreement executed between ReMyll and Customer.
2. Informational Use Only
The Website provides general information about the Abastyan Governance Operating System, compliance workflows, regulatory environments, and related topics. This includes the abastyan.com chat assistant, the compliance cost calculator, downloadable checklists, guides, and other informational content.
All Website content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. It does not create a contractual commitment. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional counsel or the text of applicable regulations.
Calculator outputs are estimates based on stated assumptions. They are not a representation of results you will achieve.

ReMyll may suspend or restrict Website access if your use poses a security risk or violates these Website Terms.
5. Intellectual Property

You must not submit Protected Health Information through the Website. The Website is not designed to receive or process Protected Health Information. If ReMyll becomes aware that Protected Health Information has been submitted, the information will be deleted.
You agree that ReMyll has no obligation to review or monitor information submitted through the Website. You further agree that ReMyll may remove or delete any submission that violates these Website Terms or presents a security or operational risk.
ReMyll is not liable for any damages arising from your submission of information through the Website, including damages related to inaccurate information, unauthorized submissions, or misuse of Website forms. You are solely responsible for any claims arising from information you submit.
