What the module holds and how it holds it.

A policy that lives in three shared folders is three policies. Abastyan holds one current, approved version, publishes it to the people it applies to, and records who read it, when, and against which version. With the AI assist add-on, new policies and revisions can be drafted and checked for purpose, scope, procedure, responsibilities, references and review cycle, and regulatory changes can be summarized for the policies they affect.
